This is a semi-custom home on a fantastic corner lot. A twist on folk Victorian, the great wrap around porch is juxtaposed with an exposed metal roof.
The house is marked by deep overhangs, exposed rafter tails and fun, slightly modern (and structurally useful) brackets. The powder bath vanity is made with fireplace mantles from the previous home and the handmade concrete sink contains bits and pieces of the demo—a gentle reminder of the history and home that occupied the lot for 80+ years.
